For thousands of years, humans and elves held nothing more than utter contempt towards goblins, seeing the creatures as nothing more than hideous, foul, pathetic abominations. Thus, for human and elf female warriors, subjugating hordes of these ugly monsters is seen as a high honor. What they don't know is that goblins are such horny perverted creatures who are always in the mood for constant breeding in order to keep their numbers high.
