Keyla Wood (born on August 30th in Mexico City, Mexico) is a Mexican actress. Keyla Wood studied opera singing and dance as a child in Mexico City. As she grew older her passion for dance and singing continued, but she also found herself drawn to acting. After appearing as a stand in on the movie Frida (2002), Keyla decided to plunge herself fully into acting. Ms. Wood will give you wood when you see a guy plunge himself fully into her while on top of a desk in Secreto de amor (2005). Her ample empanadas jiggle, and jump as he pounds away on her. Keyla then kicks it up a notch and goes full frontal in Addicted to Blood (2011). She completely forgets her clothes in a scene where she stands around in the raw having a discussion with two other women about vampires. She worked at the show of Si Graham Norton (2002),with Graham Norton and studied drama, in London. In Mexico she worked in several soap operas in Tv Azteca a long the years, and in Telemundo Latin American Brodcaster network in the TV drama Ladrón de Corazones (2003). In 2006 she was cast by Laura Richard to be part of the project Breached (2005), by Laura Richard a graduated film work for NYU, awarded and screened in Tribeca Film Festival and several more. She acted in Mariposa a film by Elvira Carrizal from Columbia University town. She has performed at the Comedy Store in L.A. and acted off-Broadway theater, at the Producers club on the 44th st and in her native Mexico she was constantly working on theatre. Her work in independent Cinema has been awarded and shown in several film festivals.
