The fabled women of this country often wear a faptastic traditional garment called aodai. It is comprised of a dress which lets the sides of satin pants appear. In most asian countries VPL are considered sexy. On the other hand, it's something stupid westerners try to suppress at all cost, pfff. They better take the best as examples...
