The Darkside BBC resort- How do we pick our hosts? Well, obviously, you need size. Length and girth are paramount. And you must be physically fit. But that only gets you an interview. And that process is very stringent. Of course, you won't find EVERY guest sexually attractive. But you are here to provide a service. And our interview process will weed out candidates who are unable to put aside any prejudices or have a poor attitude. And there is truth in the cliche that men with big dicks often lack technique. Few women get pleasure from a bruised cervix. We employ staff who will assess your sexual performance. The ability to stay hard. Stamina. Technique. Reading what a woman' wants'. You must be able to play a role. Sometimes, all a potential host needs is a little bit of guidance. You need to put aside your ego and LISTEN. Even then, you will serve a 3-month probationary period.
