Abril Campillo (born on December 14, 1958 in Mexico) is Mexican actress, singer and vedete. She was an actress, known for Corrupción (1984), La culpa (1996) and Marisol (1996). She made her debut as an actress in 1978 with the film Las del Talón and among her most important films are Asphalt Rats (1978), Corruption (1984), Witness to a crime (1987), A male in the beauty salon (1987), Can I have all of them (1990), El agarratodo (1990), Urban violence (1996), The mousetrap (1999) and Empire of a trafficker (2000). In her career as a singer, recording the first of her albums with the song "Sol Solecito" and the second with the song "El beso en el coliseo", which was censored. In 1996 she made her debut on Televisa in the telenovela Marisol and from that moment she acted in telenovelas such as La culpa (1996), Hold me very tight (2000), Friends and rivals (2001), Class 406 (2003) and Love again (2004).
