Leigh Taylor-Young (b. 1945) is a retired American actress. She has been in a large number of films and TV programs, including I Love You, Alice B. Toklas (1968), The Horsemen (1971), The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight (1971), Soylent Green (1973), and Jagged Edge (1985). She is probably best known for I Love You, Alice B., where she co-starred with Peter Sellers. It is an interesting film, actually. It sort of combines rom-com with cringe comedy with just a hint of tragedy (Sellers doesn’t get the girl in the end). But, it was also a sort of early Stoner Comedy, with Hash Brownies playing a big role in the plot. I suspect Alas Toklas, whose cookbook really included a recipe for same, would be proud.
