Ikumi Mito (水戸 郁魅)
She is one of the students of Tootsuki Culinary Academy who is also a former rival to Yukihira Soma. As the sole successor of the Mito family for her abundance of knowledge about the the culinary meat field (especially beef and donburi), Ikumi is the pride of her family's name. Like many other students in Tootsuki Culinary Academy, Ikumi is extremely prejudice upon societal classes and uses high class ingredients to make a high standard gourmet dishes.
Ikumi has short blonde hair with an ahoge, tanned skin, and turquoise eyes. She has a noticeably large bust as well and is not shy to show it.
Unlike the rest of the students who wear standard uniforms depending on the season, she wears the slightly modified summer Tōtsuki uniform that exposes her cleavage. She also always wears a choker in all settings. Her cooking attire consists of a bikini top, short fringed shorts, two leather wristbands, and an arm sheath for her cooking knife.
