Drita Bruqi Kabashi (born in Prishtina, Kosovo) is a Kosovo-born young US actress and singer. Drita Kabashi is known for Little Ukraine (2022), Lub Dub (2016) and A Cup of Coffee and New Shoes On (2022). Drita received her degree from NYU Tisch School of the Arts where she studied acting. Drita is trained in clowning, stage combat, Shakespeare work, musical theatre, film and television. Drita grew up between Prishtina, Kosovo and Chicago. Training as a classical singer from an early age, Drita Kabashi grew up on the stage. She was fortunate to have always known her passion for performing. She became proficient in Albanian sign language, a skill that helped land her the breakout role of Ana in the drama A Cup of Coffee and New Shoes On.
