Tara Dane (born November 4, 1989 in Howell, Michigan, USA) is former American erotic model (as Amber Sym she has posed for 39 covers), radio host, actress, movie producer and production manager. In adition to her born name she worked under names: Tara Price, Amber Sym, Destiny and Tara Marie and possibly more. She had promint role as Heather (as Amber Sym) in 2012 Matthew Gunnoe's horror movie Creeper. Tara was a tomboy in her younger years due to the influence of her older brother and the three neighbor boys she grew up with. While in Michigan, Tara went to a small technical college where she got a degree in business marketing. As soon as she received it, she moved to Orlando in a quest for work. It was in Orlando that acting became a real possibility. Although she had been modeling for years, acting was something she wanted to explore because of her deep fascination with human behavior. Tara started with Disney commercials, narrative music videos for local bands, and small indie films. She then quickly landed her first principal role in a music video for country music star, Easton Corbin's song "All Over the Road". Since her debut into acting, Tara has worked her way up landing prominent roles allowing her to delve into the emotional framework of the human psyche.Tara achieved the Rising Star Award at the Melbourne Independent Filmmakers Festival in September of 2013. Tara won Best Actress in a Feature Film for "Vicarious" at the 2014 Florida Horror Film Festival.
