Jana Paulová (* February 19, 1955 Prague, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]) is a Czech actress, she also worked as a singer and presenter. She completed her acting studies at DAMU in 1976. She is the wife of musician Milan Svoboda, and has two daughters.She comes from an artistic family, her father František Paul and her mother Eva Šenková were actors and operetta singers. At first she was a freelancer without a permanent engagement, later she played in the Semafor Theater and guested on other Prague stages (Hudební divadlo v Karlín, E.F. Buriana Theatre), since 1987 she has been a member of the Municipal Theater of Prague, but she also guested on other Prague stages. She is an actress and writer, known for Zálety koňského handlíře (1991), Druhý tah pěšcem (1985) and Bylo nás šest (1986).
