Half the Battle is actually admitting you have a Problem. NHS is Piss Poor on Mental Health. I guess screaming at your Doctor just isn't the thing to do anymore. GP's send you away with Iffy Tablets that are neither use nor ornament. You go on a waiting list, that is longer than Eternity. You decide Fuck It and attack some random fool who looks at you the wrong way. Bingo, you get taken to Hospital and assessed.
Cut out the middle man is my advice, just attack some random, get sectioned, assessed and some proper tablets.
Then ring up your new best friend the Psycho Doc and tell him, I can't go out of my house anymore because the Centaurs are after fucking me and the Wand I have doesn't work on them.
