In TRASHY LADY, "Dutch Siegel"(Harry Reems) is a hardened gangster, who believes that he owns his town - and in a lot of ways he does. He has his finger on the illegal distribution of bootleg booze, and in addition to that, he seems to have control of an upcoming, high paying prize fight, which he has had fixed. To him, he's in control. However, he finds himself humiliated, when his best dame, "Jessie"(Cara Lott) leaves him high and dry, after an argument between the two occurs at Club Paradise. But it is after, that he rebounds with much bravado, when he sets his eyes on the club's new cigarette, and cigar vendor, "Catherine"(or "Kitty", as Butch would come to call her). Kitty, is a shy and naive girl, who is just working to support herself, her younger brother, and her mother, as described by Club Paradise's owner, "Tony"(Steve Drake). For Dutch, it's love at first sight. However, there's a slight problem. Kitty is too much of a "good girl". Too prim, and proper, for Dutch's bad boy image and reputation. And with the 3rd annual "Brotherhood" convention occurring in just 2 weeks, what is he to do, to whip Kitty into shape, and make her the kind of trashy girl that he needs in time for the bash? This is when the resourceful, Dutch comes up with a plan. He goes out on a limb, and hires the tougie girlfriend of one of his rivals named "Big Louie"(Herschel Savage). The lady in question is "Rita"(Amber Lynn), and she personifies exactly what Dutch likes in a woman. She's foul-mouthed, and is an independent thinker. With Rita's man, Big Louie in the slammer, Dutch seizes the opportunity to pin her for the job. After some persuading, and gifting her an expensive piece of jewelry, Rita agrees to do the job. From there, Rita takes Kitty under her wing, and teaches her all her trashy tricks of the trade. As it is revealed, Kitty is quite the quick learner. because in just 2 weeks time, she becomes the definition of "Trashy Lady".
