Enhancing old photos

I have some very old nude photos of my late wife. They are not very good quality. Is there a program that accepts nudes (non-porn) that will allow me to enhance the pics as the ones that I have tried reject them.

Venice.ai does nudes but you might have to sign up for a limited free account. I think I've snuck a few erotic nudes by Chatgpt and even Google's own Gemini. Doesn't hurt to try, if it reject it the first time try wording it differently.
