How do club pagss work?

Anyone know how club pages work? I can't seem to figure it out.

What is not to figure out?
You join the club. And if you wish to add a gallery to the "public" club you can. As long as your gallery meets the criteria. Mostly that your gallery NEEDS to have the correct categories chosen.

No, I get that. I mean the feature called pages.
