is it possible to configure the gallery?

Hello is it possible, to personally configure the gallery results under Galleries, to exclude certain categeories in the shown results? I'm honest, the amount of crappy AI stuff flodding the whole resultpage is not funny anymore and it would be nice, if there would be a way, that this stuff doesn't appear anymore, when i browse the results.

Yes, blocked categories, but it only works if people label correctly which is an issues for a lot of users who don't or don't want to understand.
