Yes. But you have to use the right prompts. The free ones don't allow nude prompts. I won't post mine or the site I use because it's very restrictive of AI here until more skilled artists post here, and many sites post questions like yours to find work arounds posted so they can thwart them.

New art forms have often met with hostility. It's been that way with all the new art forms since the middle of the Nineteenth Century. But eventually skilled artists recognize it's inevitable, and take on the new tools. Music distribution is almost entirely online now. Even video sites in this century were met with derision. Now all the major media producers use it. Look how long it took for streaming services to emerge. About 15 years from when the tools to do it were available.
