Searching galleries added by specific users?

is it possible to search for galleries that are added by an individual?

It is common that when a user closes their account their galleries remain open for a while but sorting through tons of other galleries is annoying.

is there any way around this?

I second this feature request...It would be great for finding galleries of users that closed their accounts for reasons OTHER than being shut down by site administrators.
