Original content being re-uploaded

If someone uploads original content, then someone else downloads and re-uploads it as their own content without acknowledging the creator, is that allowed? Blocking people doesn't seem to keep them from being able to continue accessing your content.

Yes it happens, some of us are just jerks, even watermarking or other obstructions won't stop them.

It is supposed to be a no-no on here - one of the things that will get your profile removed. I could name 10 users off the top of my head who do it obviously and get off Scot-free. Earlier in the year, I noticed a guy putting out really crap stuff where he took the original water mark off a photo - normally of a woman getting facialed and added a lame comment. He then added 30 or 40 random porn model names in the additional info box. This meant whoever you searced for his sets came top of the pile. That I noticed all the original issues were from banned sites, I reported them - because it was annoying. Months and months I did this and it was ignored until I linked a gallery from Blacked to the mods. Then his profile was deleted. But not his dodgy galleries. And LHF reckons he's as innocent as a snowdrop.

personally i find it more ok if it is transformative and not just straight up re uploading. But still it's common courtesy to ask if it isn't stated that it is ok to use.

I don't care if someone downloads and shares my content. Like if you download a few images, mix it with other images you like, and make your own gallery... cool. But what I am experiencing is I upload original content and then a couple hours later someone is re=uploading the entire gallery as if it is theirs, with a new name, and never mentioning where they got it from. What the hell is even the point of that?
