missing profile pic

Has anyone else found their profile pic , uploaded file inc , not just the copy on your page, Missing? Did it just pop back up?
Did the file reappear? . Anyone have any ideas about glitches where things disappear? any clues to get them back?

ADMIN : Please could you have a look and see where it has gone or if it has just been teleported into a profile by the UK online
safety act and their third party data theft subcontractors? appreciated , its one of three that have just disappeared. any ideas
why?

is this the right way to contact the admin team someone ? thanks for anyone/everyone's help.
