•Encourage her to dress slutty and to wear makeup starting at an early age.

•Tell her sexist jokes. If she doesn’t get them, remind her she’s just too stupid to.

•Exploit her weaknesses and insecurities.

•Laugh at her when she cries.

•Tell her to “let the men handle it”

•Invalidate her emotions when she confides in you by telling her she’s being crazy or overreacting.

•Remind her that she’s physically weak.  

•Make her feel disgusted by her own menstrual cycle.

•Dismiss any of her arguments or opinions that differ from yours.

•Gaslight her daily.

•Implant false memories and deny her memories ever happened.  

•Put no effort into securing her future. And be sure to make it known that you aren’t going to.  

•Leave your pornography around to be easily found by her. Make specifically sure it’s the kind that depicts violence and degradation against women.  

•Be nude around her often

•Disrupt her privacy spontaneously and often, especially when she’s using the bathroom.

•Go thru all her things and read her diaries  

•Show disinterest in all of her interests and hobbies.  

•Encourage her to drop out of school.

•Discourage her education. Remind her that men will take care of her in life.  

•Buy her alcohol and cigarettes.  

•Flirt with her friends in front of her.  

•Turn her against her mother so that she confides in you for everything.

•Do all the work for her and never teach her how to solve her own problems. Make her solely reliant upon you for all things and condition her to seek a mate that will do the same.  

•Never compliment her based off of her achievements, talents, or capabilities. Only compliment her solely for her looks. Reduce her to her looks. Nitpick everything about her appearance.

•Disrespect her mother in front of her constantly.  

•Find a way to sabotage her first major love/relationship and when she comes to you heart broken tell her it’s because “Men have needs” that she was obviously not meeting. No matter what, make her believe it was her fault.

•Tell her all of these things are because you want what’s best for her.
