The most famous case of MEDICAL DEBREASTING for genetic reasons has been the public example of film actress, public advocate for various humanitarian causes and Special Envoy for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Angelina Jolie, in 2013. In 2015 Angelina Jolie underwent additional preventive removal of both her ovaries for very similar reasons. So she had DE-OVARIZATION, too. There is no more justification to avoid this. What is still lacking is the open identification of breast cancer surgery with the general term DEBREASTING in order to make it a general household term that is everywhere to be talked about.

AESTHETIC REASONS: a substantial number of cases of DEBREASTING results from aesthetic motives. There are women, especially young women who find their tits absolutely gross. For their individual perception they find their enormuous udders a painful embarrassment. Although medicine is offering "breast reduction surgery" as lucrative option for plastic surgeons, many women decide for complete DEBREASTING.
