New Laws Enacted Under the New Black World Order in the United States of America

1. White property laws

 1.1. the term “white” shall mean any caucasian male or female adult or child.

 1.2. All whites are removed from the bill of rights and constitution of the United States of Americ1a and will fall under the new “white property laws”. 

1.3. All whites are forbidden to hold public office, local, state or federal. Those currently serving will be replaced as soon as possible.

 1.4. The right to vote for whites has been revoked.

1.5. No white shall hold a potion as an officer of the law no matter it be local state or federal.

1.6. No white shall hold a position as a judge or juror.

1.7. Taxes are 50% for whites.

1.8. There are no deductions for whites on income tax.

1.9. All whites that are Black-owned shall be tattooed with a barcode above their genitals and on the inside of their upper lip. This code shall be registered with the white slave register in the local country courthouse and be posted to the internet within 24 hours of ownership. It shall further be registered with the Federal white registry agency.

1.10. Every Black, no matter gender or age shall be entitled to own 5 white slaves without a permit. Any Black owning more than 5 white slaves must apply for a free permit and show that the whites above 5 number currently owned are being properly worked in a useful manner.

1.10.1. A useful manner shall mean that the white is employed in a menial task that no Black person would ever perform. Example include domestic work, fieldwork, labor, hazardous work, dangerous work, unsanitary work, or any similar duties.

1.10.2. The white work week shall work be a standard 84 hours per week.

1.10.3. Over time pay is not due to whites.

1.10.4. Domestic work is exempt from the 84-hour work week.

1.10.5. White males may be castrated, given vasectomies or chastised permanently or temporarily and all such costs associated will be covered under the white medical care law. (See codes 1.11

1.10.6. No white shall hold a job or position above a Black. If a Black person is hired they must be placed above all whites in that department.

1.10.7. white teachers may retain their positions provided they take a 90-day Black New World Order Indoctrination Course and pass with a score of 96% or higher. Those failing to pass the course with a 96% or higher score will be sent to work as field hands.

1.11. white medical care law

1.11.1. All Black-owned whites shall receive free medical care.

1.11.2. Medical care means any medical procedure that will benefit the whites use In the New Black World Order and none that won’t benefit the NBWO.

 1.11.3. Common examples of medical procedures that will be covered include for both males and females unless specifically mentioned: Breast enhancement, breast augmentation, lactation, castration, permanent chastity devices, female fertility, penectomy, lobotomy.

 2. Prisoner Incarceration Exchange Program (PIE) 

2.1. This program involves providing incarcerated Black prisoners with a white companion for sexual purposes. It has been found that Black prisoners suffer greatly from lack of sex while incarcerated causing them to become agitated and reducing their ability to convert back to a normal civilian life. Studies involving Black prisoners with a white sexual companion are found to do much better reducing their rate of recidivism by 83%. Qualifying Black males will be provided with a white male companion and Qualifying Black females will be provided with a white female companion

2.2. Qualifying Blacks for the companion program must receive a sentence or be serving a sentence of at least one year. They must not be involved in any fights or other serious offenses while incarcerated.

2.3. Qualifying whites are selected from a pool of any white committing any violation listed below:

a. Motor vehicle violation.

b. Pedestrian violation

c. Drunkenness

d. Loitering

e. Bank overdraft

f. Late Library book or video

g. Unkept yard

h. Un-shoveled sidewalk or driveway

i. Not giving up a seat to a Black person

j. Any racists speech, action or look

k. Not addressing a Black as Sir or Ma’am or other respectful title

l. Giving a Black an order.

m. Not serving Blacks before whites in an establishment

n. Being late on taxes

o. Being rude, loud, disobedient or disrespectful to a Black person.

p. Family members not visiting a companion family member each Sunday.

2.4. Any white violating any of the above statues will be placed in a two-week prep program and then assigned to the next Black person on the waiting list. To speed things up no court ruling will be necessary a simply issuing of a ticket is considered enough to place the white immediately into the prep program and then assigned to the next waiting Black prisoner. The white shall serve a sentence equal to that of the Black.

2.5. After a white has served a concurrent sentence with his or her Black Superior they shall become the property of that Black upon release. The Black owner can then choose to continue ownership of the white or recycle them back into the Prisoner Incarceration Exchange Program. If the white is recycled back into the Prisoner Incarceration Exchange Program the Black will receive $10,000 compensation.

2.6. The two-week prep program educates whites as to what is expected of them and how to act toward their Black Superiors. For white males, it also includes a crash course on feminization, including hormones and anal stretching.

2.7. Whites who have trouble adapting to the Prisoner Incarceration Exchange Program are reviewed to understand what their issues are, and the issues are dealt with. The prison commandant has the power to use any of the medical procedures deemed necessary to help the white adapt under section 1.11.

2.8. Whites are expected to please their companions. How the white feels or what their needs are not important. The Blacks wants and needs are all that matter.

2.9. Family members of the white companion are required to visit each and every Sunday between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM local time. If they do not they are in violation of section 2.3.

2.10. The Black Prisoner may request conjugal visits from the white companions, wife, husband, daughter or son in exchange for allowing their companion white the day off.

3. Incarcerated Prisoner Exchange Program (IPE)

3.1. This program involves whites exchanging the sentence of a Black person and serving it for them.

3.2. Blacks must qualify by going before a court consisting of three Black judges that are current white permit owners. The Blacks who qualify for the exchange program are mostly Blacks who have been giver stricter sentences or wrong sentences than they should have been given. If this panel of judges determines the Black prisoner was given an overly harsh sentence they will qualify to exchange for a white.

3.3. The Judges on this review panel must all be Black and must own over 5 whites demonstrated by the fact they have a permit to own more than 5 whites. There must be a fair and equitable hearing, and this can only be done by Black judges and Black judges who understand the real purpose of whites and how to deal with them.

3.4. White will be selected through a lottery system. All whites in the US will be registered as white servants and given a number like a social security number. This white ID number will be tattooed on the inside of their lower lip and on the outside of their left leg just above the ankle. This area must always be visible. Each district will have access to the local white registry within that district. Whites that are currently Black-owned, non-property owners will be removed from that list. Whites will be sorted into male or female to replace the appropriate gender Black. When a white is selected they will report within 24 hours to the designated address. The white will then be incarcerated with the prisoner they will be trading with for one week to learn about them and for the Black to learn about the white trading places. All property of the white will be transferred to the Black. Property includes but is not limited to:

a. Homes and other real property

b. Business

c. Investments

d. Cars, boats, planes.

e. Wife

f. Children

g. Bank accounts

h. Any possession the white currently has

i. Any income source the white currently has

3.5. White sympathy act- the white sympathy act was designed to allow the white incarcerated to stay in touch with his or her family. Under this act, the former white family will write a total of at least ten pages describing how life is under their new Black family head each week. What they do and how much they like it (all letters must be positive so as not to make the white prisoner feel depressed). At least 10 photos of each white family member must be taken each week with their Black Master showing them doing something together.

3.6. All remaining family members will change their last name to that of the new Black family head of the house.

3.7. When the white prisoner has served out the Blacks sentence they will return to their old home and take their place under the former Black prisoner as their servant. Since they are the newest member to the family they will be on the bottom rung of the hierarchy list and will fall under all rules and regulations governing a Black-owned white Under section 1. of this code. 

4. White marriage laws

4.1. Whites have demonstrated a terrible divorce rate and under the New Black Order, steps are being implemented to solve that problem. Therefore it shall be required that every white couple contemplating marriage find a Black Sponsor to sponsor their marriage.

a. To Qualify as a Black Sponsor, a Black Sponsor shall be any Black over the age of 18.

4.2. The Black Sponsor shall become the defacto head of the white family making all final decision.

4.3. All whites must go through an intense indoctrination training program for 90 days prior to the wedding.

a. All white females must be off all birth control prior to the indoctrination.

b. Both white males and females will receive sexual penetration a minimum of 3 times per day during the indoctrination period.

c. A determination will be made with impute from the white female, prior to the wedding concerning muttering the white male by the Black Sponsor.

d. White males are not permitted to back out of the marriage once a Black Sponsor is arranged. Any white male attempting to do so will be neutered, receive a penectomy and be put in the IPE program under section 3.

e. The degree of fermentation of the white male will be determined by the Black Sponsor and initiated prior to the wedding.

f. The white male will remain chaste during the indoctrination period other than anal penetration of him by the Black Sponsor.

4.4. Wedding ceremony

a. The best Man will be the Black Sponsor

b.  There will be at least 5 groomsmen and they must all be Black.

c. The Bride will go on a two-week honeymoon with the best man and groomsmen.

d. The white husband will attend a two-week domestic course, so he can better prepare to take care of the Black Sponsor and his new wife when they return from the honeymoon.

e. All white husbands will attend a 4-week nanny course to prepare for their wife’s eventual pregnant

f. The hierarchy will be as follows: Black Sponsor, mixed children, white wife, white daughters, white husband, white sons.

5. Sports and Physical activities.

5.1. No Physical sports such as:

a. Football

b. Soccer

c. Baseball

d. Basketball

e. Track

f. Wrestling

g. Boxing

5.2. Permitted sports are:

a. Dildo Racing (Sitting on each dildo in a line)

b. Dildo Ball Racing (sitting on a bouncy ball and bouncing to a finish line.

c. Beauty Pageant

d. Cock sucking events (Winner is the first to suck off 5 cocks).

e. Ballet dancing as a Ballerina

6. Sissification of white male youth

6.1. No white male will be permitted to wear the clothes of a real man.

a. No pants.

b. No shirts with buttons on the right side, all buttons must be on the left side.

c. No shoes with heels less than 4” and spiked

d. No Masculine colors.

e. Only dresses and skirts with a blouse are permitted attire.

f. Panties must of silk or nylon

6.2. Makeup rules

a. Lipstick, mascara, eyeshadow, blush, eyeliner, finer and toenail polish must be worn at all times except during bathing.

b. Permanent makeup is encouraged.

6.3. Hair

a. Hair must be dyed blond.

b. Hair must be at least shoulder length.

c. A bow must always be worn in the hair.

6.4. Body training

a. A corset must be worn at all times except during bathing or swimming.

b. A foot tendon stretcher must be worn at all times when in bed.

c. Nails must exceed a minimum of ½” past the end of the fingers.

d. Testicles, if present, must be tucked at all times.

e. Penis, if present, must be tucked or chastised at all times.

f. A large butt plug must be worn a minimum of 12 hours per day.

g. A penis gag must be inserted at bedtime and worn till breakfast.

h. All penis gags and Butt Plugs must be Black in color.

i. Flexibility exercises must be practiced ensuring the white can place his heels next to his ears.

j. Blockers and hormones must be taken as prescribed.

k. Body measurements must be 10” or smaller for waist than hips.

l. Collagen injections must be kept up for lips.

6.5. Education

a. 4 th grade academic education completes the normal school education program.

b. Higher education includes:
