not able to join chatroom?!?

the other day i was able to join the chatroom. But now when i try to a box popes up and says sum jumble and asked if iwant to ignore, try agian, or abort. if i click try agian it kicks me off the net. if i click ignore it just goes to the loading screen and nothing happens. please help!!

I can lend a hand with tech support. What browser are you using? Opera and older internet explorers have some issues here.
