Penectomy wanted....

I'm really interested in a penectomy, it used to be just a fantasy of mine but has since become an obsession. I'm in chastity most of the time, and avoid penile pleasure at all costs. I've tried using numbing products from the drug store to desensitize my penis, but they're just over the counter crap and don't really do much. I've even tied it up really tight to stop the blood flow making it numb, but the sensation comes back(though it is significantly less sensitive than it used to be thanks to this). I also tried to make myself impotent with no success, again by binding it and even keeping myself hard for prolonged periods of time, which I was told can work. But ultimately, I want to have it removed. I've seen things on line but they look risky, as I want to be dickless, not dead, lol. If anybody can offer suggestions, or know somewhere safe and legal I can go to, please let me know. Or if you know how I can get rid of any sensation in my penis, or a way I can medically make orgasms 100% impossible, that could help. And any way of causing permanant impotence would be amazing, I will be indebted. Serious replies only, no nonsense please. I've seen pictures, mostly cartoons(unfortunately) of males with no penis, but still have their scrtum and testicles, I think that looks really good and I'm aiming to be like that too. Also I'm a bit of a coward, so I want thinks to be as pain free as possible, for penectomy, impotence or desensitization. Thanks....

Basically I want to end up with no penis, but still have my balls. Just there like a punching bag, lol. I just think it looks cool, but until then, I want to know a way to stop any sort of pleasurable sensation, in other words, make it absolutely impossible to have an orgasm or feel pleasure in my penis. And I want to know a way of becoming permanently impotent. Right now I'm caged most of the time, but that's uncomfortable and I'm not looking for constant pain and discomfort(I do enjoy cbt, but that's during 'playtime'), I just want a complete inability to use my penis for sexual pleasure....

Wow! So...you want to become impotent! Amazing that a guy born in 1920 (according to your profile) would still be interested in becoming impotent. But this post I'm reading has me confused as to what you actually want. Even without testicles it is still possible to orgasm. Most men that are 100% have had their prostate removed, which leaves them with a permanent flaccid cock, but you could still orgasm maybe.. many guys use alcohol injections to kill their testicles. It's relatively painless. Some use saline injections on their cocks to pump their cocks (which pretty much kills any sensation)
I'm too new to this site to recommend a web site, but there are a couple that deal specifically with castration or penectomy. You could Google around or send me a private request.
I've been without testicles for five/six years now. Love not having them and wish I would have made them gone 50/60 years ago.
