Please accept my humble and sincere apologies for my absence for several days. Mistress unexpectedly revoked my computer privileges and even canceled or disabled some of my accounts. I am just now allowed to return online.

Your apology is meaningless. Your mistress revoked those privileges for a good reason. No doubt a violation of rules or conduct, therefore you should request further punishment from her for disappointing your followers.
My suggestions would be one, having to type with just a pencil or stylus in your teeth (very time consuming and frustrating). Two, not being allowed to sit while typing. Three, wearing your most humiliating and hated outfit (not costume or special outfits, I mean the item in your wardrobe, if you have one, that you absolutely despise) while on the computer. And finally four, inserting your most uncomfortable device while on the computer, (be it gag, plug or dildo)
One, all, or none, the choice is obviously hers.
