I have tried it one time with a woman I was putting down flooring for...
It is not as easy as they make it out in the videos.....
1) there is real pain when doing it.... We had a safety word and she kept shouting it out after every turn of the rope just starting...... then when the pain went down just a hair she would tell me to keep going....
2) it can be itchy....
3) it can and will leave marks on the body......
4) it can be fun but not for the faint of hearts.....
I would suggest using soft cord or soft rope to start and go slow about it to start.......
if she can handle the binding of the tits then them pulled upwards about 6 inches to start
