How terribly exciting and humiliating, to go from a grown man that is respected and feared, to a little girl! "Petticoat punishment" was a way of disciplining boys, and even men, in Victorian England. Mothers, wives, and on occasion, a precocious daughter (!!) might but the boys in lacy panties, frothy petticoats, silky slips and Mary Jane slippers. Imagine a daughter putting a little girl's bow in father's hair!! Can you picture fathers and sons as shy little maidens, hairs in curls, legs encased in frothy pettipanties, holding dollies and having tea parties, much to the amusement of mothers, wives and daughters? It is hard to be an authoritarian father or bully brother while in adorable ruffled baby panties and, oh no, diapers!!!!
