Texting Lord Jez

So Allie came home and I was really excited to show her how I had managed to get the picture of her and Jez enlarged, framed and hung in the bedroom for her.
Allie's response: "I''m surprised you managed to hang a picture yourself, darling." And then patted my head again and went for a shower.
When she came back she asked me to talk to Jez in the picture and thank him for showing me what a real man was yesterday. I did it, but felt really stupid. It was worth it to see the smile on Allie's face after her hard day at work.
Then she had the idea of making me text Jez and thank him! She gave me his number and this was the best I could manage:
'Hi there Jez, it's Allie's little guy (she made me change the word husband). Just wanted to say thank you for your time yesterday. It was great to meet you and I loved your band. You are really talented.' Allie made me add 'hope to see you around much more. Please call in anytime.'
He hasn't replied yet.

Fear is normal.......overcoming it in order to please Miss Allie is YOUR duty.......move that pic today and make sure Jez notices the next time He is over.....

Yes, it could act as a conversation piece for reminiscing. Is a brave move though, it scares me a bit.

You also REALLY need to consider hanging the pic in a room where Jez will see it the next time He's over......acknowledge His hold over your Wife and your acceptance of it.....

Excellent.....tho i would've had you add "how much Allie enjoyed re-connecting" with Jez and how She misses the good times they had.........
