	What The Fuck???
	This is something that's been bothering me for the last few days now, I need to get this off my chest, and I can only pray that the imagefap moderators are reading this... A few days ago somebody I had been talking to was banned out of chat for sending me a link - IN PRIVATE - that had a picture of a NON NUDE underage girl. For the record I did not solicit any underage pictures, nor was this picture even illegal, as I said it was non nude. Mere seconds after this link was sent, the person I was talking to was banned. I don't know that her ban was permanent, her profile is still up and active, but she has not been back here since then so I am not sure that it was conveyed to her that her ban was not permanent. To be fair, I understand that the imagefap rules state no underage at all, and explicity says that this includes non nude. However, since the time my friend was banned I have seen the following in chat - all posted openly in the general chat room: 1. A user who claims to be 18 on her profile, yet admitted in chat to being only 16 2. MANY links to underage pics, some of them NUDE 3. Requests for underage links 4. FULFILLMENTS OF THOSE REQUESTS FOR UNDERAGE LINKS NONE OF THE PEOPLE ENGAGING IN THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITY DESCRIBED ABOVE WERE BANNED FROM CHAT I find it quite insulting that this ILLEGAL activity is going on in OPEN CHAT and IS BEING IGNORED BY THE MODERATORS while MY PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS ARE BEING MONITORED RESULTING IN PEOPLE BEING BANNED FOR POSTING LEGAL MATERIAL!!! As far as I'm concerned the imagefap moderators have abused their power by prying into my private conversations and taking action on legal material that was privately posted to me under the guise of enforcing the rules while willfully ignoring ILLEGAL material being posted in the OPEN GENERAL CHAT!!! If the imagefap moderators have no intentions of handling situations of illegal material in open chat then they have no fucking business prying into my private chats, or anybody else's private chats for that matter!!! Either enforce the rules fairly across the board ESPECIALLY IN THE OPEN GENERAL ROOM or do not use them as an excuse to eavesdrop on our private chats!!! For this, Imagefap owes us all an apology!!! Just my two cents worth...

Breeze Comments: 0	Commented on May 8, 2009 Given that prior to your little temper tantrum you violated 2 rules & gave away your preference for beast & underage, maybe someone is checking up on your activity now & then, would be a good idea I think. If what you say is true, that the other member posted an underage pic & was banned, then seems to me there may be reason their activity was being checked up on now & then as well, maybe not, but it is hardly rocket science to work out it is a distinct possibility & that it is fair enough. If you have seen underage pics posted & requested why have you not reported them, that's what good members of society do, obviously the cost of 24/7 moderation would make chat an unviable addition, funnily enough that is why most sites that have the feature do not have 24/7 moderation. But of course we have logs, & we are lucky enough to have many good members who do want to see those sharing illegal content locked up, who don't want to see Chat shut down, who do help out by reporting. Seems you would rather pretentiously & rudely rant ignorance, than see the offenders prosecuted & locked up, & you don't care about the imagefap community at all. Very obviously your expectation to have moderators actively monitoring every little corner of the site every second of every day is completely unrealistic & unworkable, your attitude is unreasonable & unwelcome. My experience is that most often the guilty react with excessive defence & attempt to deflect attention by laying blame on others, it's only a minority that have the intestinal fortitude & strength of character to quietly accept their just reprimand as they should. Did you post the keyword "Beast" in your profile as one of your interests? Yes you did. Did you post thumbs of dressed, but underage, girls in the forum? Yes you did. & before you start repeating more lies, you & I know very well that at least 2 of those girls were very blatantly underage, no doubt about it. Thing is you did not actually share beast or cp, this is why you were not banned, given the problem was basically you failing to pay attention to the rules & common sense, you were given a due rap on the knuckles to make you pay attention, & an undue fair chance to redeem yourself. Turning into a troll is not the way to do that, funnily enough.

Then again, I doubt they will read this at all. Just not their thing. I agree with all that you said though. Its a shame.
