I don't know what it was, but it seemed like after my first sexal experience, women were kind of drawn to me; or my attitude. It was like they could tell that I wasn't a creep, but that I was also quite sexually available and desirable in some way. Not that I didn't have to work at it a bit, to be social.. to make conversation, to be funny - but it somehow just started working out after that...
