THE NATIONAL REPARATION LAW
Rule # 1: All white women upon turning 18 years old must register with the BLACK BULL ASSOCIATION and the local government in regards of paying back the sins of their forefathers. In the form, of being black owned!
Rule # 2: Once registering with the proper authorities, the white girl has 3 weeks to have found or is actively searching for a BLACK BULL. She must have proof that she has been looking, usually in the form of videos or pictures having sex with multiple BLACK MENl
Rule # 3: In the white girl's search, it is expected from the mother to take an active part in the process and help her little girl get a BLACK MASTER, no matter what it takes! She should always encourage her daughter to follow this law and abide by its regulations. It is expected from her father to pay for her expenses and investments.
Rule # 4: A BLACK MASTER may have as many women as he wants serving him at any time! All white women can only serv one BLACK MASTER. White women are expected to follow his commands to the letter. They can only fuck when he says and with whom! And disbehavior will be dealt with in a swift and proper manner.
Rule # 5: A white woman may be taken in any public place at any given time if she does not have a BLACK MASTER, she does not have the option of saying no if she is not BLACK-OWNED at the time! No public decency laws apply to her immediate public treatment.
Rule # 6: The government knows that not all white women live within many urban areas. That is why we have set up a special website for girls to connect to BLACK BULLS, free of charge. Once a match has been made, it is expected for her parents to pay for the airfare to fly her where ever she needs to go. If she decide to stay, then her parents must support her and her new BLACK BULL!

Rule # 9: All white women will be bisexual, no exceptions! They have to serve BLACK LADIES as they have to serve BLACK BULLS. White women are expected to follow the commands of the BLACK LADY to the letter. Decision-making power over the service of the white woman is completely in the hands of the BLACK LADY and BLACK BULL. It is upon them to decide how, where and when she will fulfill her reparation duties.

Interesting rules, it is to be hoped that they will find wide application. However, I miss some rules regarding white men. In my opinion, white men should be humiliated by licking their wives, daughters or mothers clean their cum-soaking pussies.

AGE, GENERATIONS, AND THE NATIONAL REPARATION LAW
Age is a very important dimension in the National Reparations Act, although most ramifications have so far been fundamentally neglected by the white populations affected by this new law. I will try to outline a few of the rigorous provisions promulgated as the future gospel of the land.
1. GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN: The strict enforcement of the reparations law at age 18 has been the most publicized aspect that got most of the attention. So nI will keep this section ver short. All young white women without exception are now obliged and legally bound to perform sexual reparation work. This has given a major boost to sexual education in young adults, and there is now some fundamental increase in this field.
2. MIDDLE AGED WOMEN AND MOMS: With all the fuzz around girls and young women the strong obligation to reparation service for all middle aged women and moms has been rather neglected. It is sure that middle aged women and moms are more inclined to this kind of service. It serves their mostly hidden fetishes and hot desires, and middle aged women will respond positively to this legal obligation. BLACK MEN and WOMEN enjoy the right to use every white woman for their carnal pleasure, absolutely regardless of her age. The tacit reason for this legal provision is that BLACK PEOPLE show very little inhibition with regard to age. Even very old women are natural objects of sexual greed from BLACK MEN and WOMEN. This will create a wholly new experience for very old white women. Age will no longer be an obstacle to sexual joy and happiness.
By contrast more attention has been given to the fact that young white girls will be obliged to do reparation service to very old BLACK MEN, and even very old BLACK WOMEN. The perception that young white girls completely nauseate such reparation service will disappear very soon. The legal obligation will teach a fundamental lesson to white girls and young women, and the will openly accept sex with very old BLACK PEOPLE.
These are just a few of the generational and age consequences of the National Reparation Law, and we might expect very positive results and repercussions from these new and innovative moves.

@Buzzsaw48 Yours are really excellent comments. I must say I found the 10 rules of the National Reparation Act in some captioned pic series. Have copied them and expanded on some.
The obligation to bisexuality was in the original, but I have expanded the text in order to give it comparable length. As a sub-slave to a Black Mistress (for several years) I clearly understand the role of Black Mistresses.
I guess the registration age of 18 is due to the US origin of the Act/text, and minimum requirements on porn in many US states. You are absolutely right for most of the Western world. In many countries of South Eastern Europe age of consent is at 15, and it has been at 13 (!) until very recently in Spain. Your argument to lower that threshold to 14 in order to make reparations mirror the wrongs is really excellent. But I guess there will be great reluctance to comply with such a logical conclusion.
At least this would add great spice to the National reparation Act!

Most excellent set of simple clear and wonderful rules. Beautifully stated. i especially like Rule 9 to also give black women power over black owned white women.
I would offer that in rule 1 the age of registration might be lowered to 16. It is the age of consent i most of teh world. Personally I thin 14 is a good age historically speaking. Black girls were enslaved by the thousands and used sexually at 14 or younger. Let us make the reparations mirror the wrongs.
