Trans friendly countries?

As graduation grows closer and closer I'm starting to look for places to work and since I'm considering going on hormones and doing a full transition not just crossdressing I'm curious as to what countries are fairly trans friendly, work is going to be kinda rough no matter where I go if I decide to go all the way but I would like to find a place that's not as intolerant as the US seems to be. I realize that every place is going to have its issues but I'd love to have a general idea of where to start looking. Also if anyone knows, what is the general attitude in Hawaii? There's been a lot of jobs out that way that I'd be qualified for here lately.
