So when Claire and I moved in together last summer, a year and a half ago, I really wanted to solidify our loving relationship. I came up with the concept and wrote this Deed of Sexual Ownership. She loved the idea and we immediately set about planning a small gathering and ceremony to formalize our arrangement. I really can not tell you how legally binding it might be, if any, but here is the deed we signed off on:

Deed of Sexual Ownership

I, [my full signature], Stacy xxxxxx, of sound mind and body, and of my own free will and volition hereby wholly and wilfully surrender all sexual freedoms and yield complete control of my sexual conduct to the directives and supervision of [Claire’s full signature], Claire xxxxxxxxx (now referred to within this binding document as mistress).

[my initials] I will submit to the complete control and guidance from my mistress, for which all actions are immediately binding upon instruction, for any and all sexual activities. These include, but are by no means limited to, intercourse, oral sex, opposite and same-gender sex, group sex, masturbation, machine sex, exhibitionism, public exposure, public nudity, public sex, bondage, bondage sex, sexual discipline, captivity, erotic hypnosis, sexual role-play, voyeurism, sexual denials, and/or video and photo recordings of any sexual act. There are no conditions or exemptions in place whatsoever as to limit the location, time, duration, or any other matter affecting the immediate event, either prior, during, or after the fact.

[my initials] This Deed of Sexual Ownership remains in effect until such time as only my mistress sees fit to terminate the agreement. Termination of this deed must be submitted in writing and in no case shall assumptions be made about any possible termination prior to such delivery of notice. This deed will still be in effect for 30 days after said notice, and such notice of termination can be revoked and withdrawn, without reason, by my mistress during this time.

[my initials] I will not in any means or manner whatsoever attempt to undermine my mistress’s control or instruction, either through action or inaction, on my part or that of influencing others, and nor will I attempt to actively manipulate or reinterpret any directive in such a manner as to alter the context or understanding from my mistress’s original wishes and intention.

[my initials] My mistress will have the final say in all matters sexual. This includes the selection of any and all sexual partners. Although I am free to engage in and initiate sexual encounters of my choosing, my mistress has the right to terminate any, at any time, for whatever reason she sees fit. Likewise, my mistress can select sexual partners for me as she sees fit with impunity and without consultation with me, regardless of context, cause, number, duration, reason, or gender of said sexual partners.

[my initials] My mistress can designate any number of individuals as subordinate masters or sub-mistresses to this Deed of Sexual Ownership. They can be given any controls, rights, and responsibilities as my mistress sees fit to grant and such authority will be held indefinitely until directed otherwise by my mistress. My mistress’s position within this deed is grandfathered and by no means, instruction, or action can any subordinate master or sub-mistress compromise or alter this in any way. My mistress solely holds the supreme decision-making control in all matters considered under this deed and my mistress can not relinquish this power in any way or means, other than a full formal transfer of ownership or complete termination of this agreement.

[my initials] All revenues generated from any sexual endeavour that my mistress instructs or I undertake by myself in any other way will immediately become the sole property of my mistress. Such activities can include, but are not limited to, revenues generated from erotic writing, online chat and webcam sites, strip clubs, nude modeling, escort services, or any possible connections to both the amateur and the professional pornographic industry.

[my initials] At any time, my mistress can transfer this Deed of Sexual Ownership to any third-party individuals as she sees fit. This transfer of ownership can be, at my mistress’s discretion, set for a specific duration of time, upon which any and all rights and privileges immediately and automatically revert back to my mistress, or be set indefinitely. Any and all revenues generated by such a transfer of ownership become the immediate possession of my mistress and cause the transfer to become binding.

[my initials] My mistress has the sole right to append and amend this Deed of Sexual Ownership in any manner as she sees fit, without any prior consultation or notice. All modifications and appendices take immediate effect. There is no recourse to dispute any amendments or appendices, and all modifications are final until such a time as my mistress sees fit to make any additional alterations.

I hereby agree to all the terms and conditions laid out in this Deed of Sexual Ownership and I will follow these decrees unwaveringly and with the deepest conviction of my heart to the absolute letter of the law.

At the gathering we had three copies signed. Claire keeps one in her memory album she has of me, one is actually kept in her safety deposit box where she also keeps digital copies of all my video recordings and photographs I have taken of myself over the years (among other stuff), and the last signed copy is framed and mounted in the entrance way of our apartment. Yeah, anyone that actually visits our place has no illusion about the two of us or our relationship.

Claire has never bothered to change any clauses within the deed, and although it is written in it, she never has given anyone any master authority over me, even in the slightest. And I’m pretty sure she would never sell me, and if she did I could only image what the asking price would have to be. I think it’s pretty damn fun to say the least.

And it was at this little ceremony when Claire surprised me with a beautiful gift: my titanium slave collar. I guess this has sort of become an unofficial wedding ring to symbolize our little loving arrangement. Just another reason why the collar means so much to me and why I almost never take it off.
