Wife Spending Time at Friend's House With Another Man Present

Last Saturday, while I was at work, my wife messaged me saying she was going to head to her friend's for a bit. I messaged that she should bring some stuff in case it rained and she needed to stay up there. The weather was questionable and her friend lived more than an hour away.
She was already on the road and said everything had cleared up.
Later I offered to pick her up food on the way home and she messaged me back saying she was probably going to stay the night even though she did not bring a change of clothes.
I messaged her the next day and did not receive a reply for awhile. While checking Facebook I noticed her friend had checked in from a location a couple of hours in the other direction. She checked in at a rest-stop for 4 people, herself, my wife, her husband, and another male.
So I messaged here again - Spending the day with [Blank] in [Blank]. Should I be jealous? ;)
I got a reply an hour later - Lol We've been in the desert all day. No reception.
So she spent all day in the desert with her married friends and a younger man.
I checked his Facebook page, relationships are all filled with relatives but no significant others.
He was also checked in at their place the prior evening. He lives an hour and a half away from them. So I am sure he stayed the night as well.
She hangs out with them a couple of times a month. I very rarely go with her.
I really hope she is fucking him already but either way I am going to step up the messaging when she is over there.
