I wonder sometimes

How would my life be different if we/I wasn't into this lifestyle. Would my wife and I still be married if I didn't accept what she wanted? Would we have broken up? Would I have re-married or be single? Would she be as happy as she is now? Would I constantly worry that she wasn't satisfied in the bedroom and that she would cheat on me behind my back? All I know is I have a very diverse extended family that is great and we are very happy.
