Trying to Understand "Drowning in the Tentacle Hitomi Tanaka (ATID192)"

Well I thought I'd try my luck here and see if anyone could give me a brief synopsis/review of this specific film starring Hitomi Tanaka. I watched the video and can visually see what's going on and all, but I want to really understand the plot better since I don't understand Japanese which actually makes it harder to understand when there's actual dialogue. I definitely just wanna get a good idea of what She says through it and how this story is going and what the ending and stuff shows to me. Hope you guys can help me out here. I also would love to discuss it more as well.
