There are three wonderful things about giving head:
1.) The empowerment. The ability to perform the most feminine of activities supports the female personality and creates the male orgsm.

I asked this question to both Women and Girls, and answers were various.
Some like giving blowjobs to the guys to see the expression on their face and the fact that it drives them nuts
Some like giving blowjobs, only if the guys reciprocate the same.
Some like giving it cause its safer and sometimes faster to please their boyfriend/husbands
So there are many reasons, but one thing in common is that all women/girls love getting oral as well.

I'm not a girl, but i think girls find it as visualy exciting as men. The other thing i always heard is that girls like to have the control over the men, and to have his cock in her mouth is a really good way to have the control.
