Mod deleting photos

Seems someone is claiming copyright of several pictures and asking the mod's to delete them without even asking me to delete them. I'm highly suspious of these requests as to what proof is required to demand this. Can anyone go around demanding people delete images without proof of copyright because they 'say so' and thats good enough for imagefap mod's? Pretty slippery slope here when I've seen copyright claims from porn tube sites that clearly ripped off the REAL owner of the images by putting their logo onto or sometines OVER THE REAL COPYRIGHT logo and imagefap has no problem with that... Nice.
