I didn't say anything, but gave a smirking smile at Kevin, my upstairs (directly above me) neighbor who has been *wearing out* his new girlfriend this week.  She's cute. She's short. She was wearing a cute little summer skirt and tank top. 

 "Later!" said Kevin.
