OK, as most people know, I prefer non-nude photos over hard core. To me its just more artistic and allows the mind to create the "action." Now that isn't to say that girls don't like explicit photos. Far from it! Nothing gets me off faster than watching a hot video especially with my boyfriend playing right next to me.
NN photos, especially young NN, have gotten a lot of attention here on Imagefap recently, and I've seen galleries and accounts deleted because people wanted to share photos of very young people. Now, really, I do understand. I used to get mad at my boyfriend for looking at young girls, for even finding them attractive, but I think males are wired to appreciate female beauty when the females are of reproductive age. So I get it, and although I know he's not a freak, I still don't have to like it. We have laws of what is "legal" vs "illegal" because you have to draw the line somewhere, and 18 here in the U.S. seems as good an age as any. In my state, the age of consent is 16, and don't tell my parents, but I did consent at 16! But that surely doesn't mean I wanted my 16-year-old self posted online.
The Authorities that police the Internet are (for good reason!) cracking down on any site that has underage content. Here in the U.S. (and one-quarter of Imagefap users are from the U.S.), that means 18 years-old, regardless of what the local age of consent is. Like, I said, you have to draw the line somewhere.
So if you don't want to see Imagefap shut down, then don't post that stuff, and don't look for that stuff. It's all about keeping the site up and running because there's nothing else like it that's even close. (Or if there is, tell me so I can see!!!)
Now as best as I can tell, Imagefap is located in the Netherlands, which is not as sexually uptight (see http://www.ageofconsent.com/netherlands.htm) as we are here in the U.S., but they still want to keep everything above board. Let's all help out the site owners by doing the right thing and following the rules! Label all of your galleries as 18+!

renuloaldeli, if you walk behind a girl and wait to take a photo of her ass when the wind blows, you can be charged with harassment. as to what is legal and illegal, it doesnt matter. imagefap has rules of its own regardless of legality. so where a photo may be legal, its still against imagefap rules.

This is a porn site and as such is allowed to show any material that is legal. If we go down the route of deleting everything that somebody doesn't like then we would end up with nothing left. A photo of a 14 year old girl in a bikini or a school uniform is not porn no matter what may be in the mind of the person looking at it. You might not like it or think it is gross but that doesn't make it illegal and as such can appear on imagefap. On what basis could imagefap be closed down for allowing galleries to be produced that contain perfectly legal material. I have noticed that in the last couple of days the schoolgirl caption sites have been removed presumably by imagefap. If photos of fully clothed schoolgirls with an added dirty caption is now considered too bad for a porn site then god help us. It might not be nice in some peoples eyes but it is not illegal. There are a lot of galleries that I don't like or find offensive but if people want to see photos of people peeing on each other then good luck to them. Live and let live I say. There is enough censorship in the world without creating even more based on what may be in the mind of the person looking at the photo. If I walk behind a schoolgirl in the street and her skirt blows up in the wind it is not illegal for me to look nor would it be illegal for me to take a quick photo or show that photo to others. Child porn is clearly and legally defined and can't be shown on this site but anything else is allowable whether you like it or not.

I agree entirely. THere is nothing worse than looking at a gallery and in the middle of it are a bunch of pics of 13 year olds. It is gross and digusting. Glad someone has addressed it!

if imagefap.. here in Holland would not take any action.. it would be removed from the Internet..
With those actions they show thay are trying to keep it clean..
but here in holland we say
"Het is dweilen met de kraan open"

Datamo17, I completely understand where you're coming from. On the other hand, if I post something on my facebook (or myspace or photobucket, etc.) then I realize it's "fare game." Believe me, I've been burned before by people actually stealing photos right off of my own personal computer!! I've actually had to take legal action to get some crap removed!! Of course stealing something from a personal computer is different, but if I post myself online in a public space, it's now a public photo. That's why I never do nudes here... not in public!

i agree just dont look for it im more openned minded then most peeps. younger then 18 is just wrong, i got nieces and great ones that are 17 and under and i just couldnt think of looking for that online.well having said that have a good day.

Its legal, but gross NN content in my opinion. Did you know the girls in the NN "teen slut facebook rips" you old farts beat off to are generally, check that, almost always repulsed by old men who want teens for sex. If a 15 year old girl posts pics of her beach trip on facebook she should not show up here as "fap fodder." I especially hate the NN galleries that are titled something like "HS Whores Ready for Cock." Give us teens a break.

I see what you're saying there, thedonut. I'd probably agree that in terms of the social networking side of things I can't say I know of another site quite like this one, so it's worth not accidentally getting it closed down.
However, I hope and believe that a site such as this wouldn't be closed because of NN U-18 content owing to the fact that even in the US it's perfectly legal.
Having said that, I may be being a touch biased due to the fact that I happen to like younger girls as well as those who are 18 or above...
