Choice?
|
|
Lifestyle choices... are they even really choices? I was browsing through my various fans throughout the interwebs (lol, I'm an internet porn star) and noticed that a large number of them were guys. Now, I've been single for a bit and I couldn't help but think to myself "Man, if I were into guys I'd be set." I remember that being a big topic in some psychology class I had, as to whether or not homosexuality was a choice, or you were born in to it. I know for me, there's not really a choice as guys just dont do it for me - there's just something about the curves of a woman's body that holds a heavy allure. I don't mind having guy fans, because everyone should be free to enjoy whatever makes them happy, but I was wondering what you folks here thought about the subject. Did you "decide" you were attracted to the same sex as yourself or did it just click one day? Was it a choice or was it fate?

I think it is both. Fate and choice. The genes determine which gender you tend to, but the mind gives you the ability to veto. :) I think it depends how strong the one is over the other.
Sometimes men/boys becomes gay (just like women/girls becomes lesbian) because of pure frustration or abuse in childhood, and sometimes (like if you are in prison) there is not the ability to get sex from a girl.
To answer your question, yes there is choice, but i think there is only small space for them.
(I like that kind of questions. :P)
