gem 1963's blog Profile | Galleries | Favorites | Fanbase | Clubs | Comments | Blog why can people steal your photos well i found today that a guy on this site whelk2006 is  using my photos to make  money, how  can that be  right, have reported this to the site  so hopefully  they  will make  him delete them, its such a cheek and  very upsetting to no that  this  guy  along with  others get away  with exploiting others bodies with out  permission, the  pics  werent his to start with  he  did not  take them either, i did, with  my photographer, may be i  should take him to court     Posted on : Dec 27, 2008     Add Comment honeyeater74 Comments: 13 Commented on Feb 9, 2009 This is a shame gem. He has no right to make money without permission. You could imagine if I used a 'coke' image to make money, print it on the front of a magazine etc, there would be a court case! YOu can't argue, it was on the internet there fore I can use it. That aren't an arguement. Flickr has a good approach. you a can choose different restictions. Say, "anyone can use this image" or "permission needs to be askedto use this image". you can show all your nudes on there to. At least that way you are legally protected cause it states that this image is 'right protected' and it can be used in caught.
