I learned something over the past couple weeks, about jacking off and my semen production.
I used to think I would get the most volume if I edged and edged and edged till my balls hurt......and then edged some more.....I WAS WRONG......
I love edging and wont give it up, but here is the thing, the most volume of semen I get is when I jack off 3 or more times in a day, then I take a day or so break and jack off I guess I trick my body into thinking I need more cum and it produces more or something...I do not know the biology or chemistry behind it, but it seems to work for me.
Oh yeah raw spinach and fish oil tablets seem to give me better orgasms.

Supposedly if cumming 5 times in a day runs you dry, then jacking off 6 times a day each day will cause your body to try to produce more cum.
At least so I've heard. I've yet to prove it myself.
But for really explosive orgasms, nothing beats long intense edging.
