Why are women referred to as sluts?

Just getting another opinion off my chest ... It appears to me that anyone (usually male) posting a gallery of women posing in various states of undress and with or without toys or bondage gear addresses them as "sluts" or similar derogatory terms.
In my opinion, these women are welcome to display their charms and to offer themselves for (usually) male satisfaction however they choose and this does not necessarily make them "sluts" or anything else.
I love seeing the female form naked - or even clothed (however scantily!) - and it doesn't enter my head to think of them in this way.
So ladies or girls - please feel free to post your pictures and show us all how sexually liberated you are! And if I feel like masturbating whilst I look at your pictures, please take it as a compliment that I find you attractive and not a slut.

Some people mean a good thing when they say slut and some mean a bad thing.
Girls use the word slut to say we can have sex and it is OK, the way men can boast about having sex with so many girls and that is something that makes them a better man. It is like turning the word back on men who use it do run girls down.
I think that a lot of the time that men call girls they find sexy sluts it is because they sort of hate themselves. Calling a girl a slut because they want her is calling themselves something bad about what they want so much so the men must be bad to want something bad so much.
Also people don't understand the difference between being used and being abused.
But it is really nice to see you write this, I think what you say is good and that you are probably a very nice person and man.
