Something I found

I slightly modified it --
- Dress as modest as possible, all times, even at home. Wear full niqab 24/7, if you need to go outside unaccompanied use a burqa with a rather small grid for your restricted view. If you have problems with not talking, try a gag to help your silence. Always wear gloves, for sure. No part of your body should be visible, during day and night (exception: The daily cleaning; but if the bath has a window, it should be fully and strictly darkened!). Be aware of your country's laws, as some countries do not allow coverage in the public; if you live in such a country, try a medical face mask instead of burqa or niqab in the public...
- Once you marry, adapt Your behaviors to your husbands need; without any discuss, he commands, you follow. He will take fully care of you and let you have what he thinks you need and deserve.
- Avoid radio and tv - and smartphone for sure; a simple cell phone for emergencies with an empty prepaid card (this will allow cost-free emergency calls to the police in spite of!) - and do not advise your number to any one. No other phone (e.g. wired phone) at home for sure.
- Think of Islamic pages in the internet and restrict your access to this pages only by installing a special filter. The password should be a code of letters and numbers, lets say in total 20 digits, created by using cubes (one cube showing the number, 4 cubes showing the number of the letter in the alphabet - altering number and letter; this code will be used to install the access shield and should nowhere be noted - so you can not alter the access later.
- Last, but very important: Do all the prescribed and recommended prayers, every day. If Your daily household cores are done, start/go on reading the Holy Quran.
- All Your efforts should be directed to a strict live for the sake of of Allah (swt).
