Coat it good and thick with extra strength Ora Jell. My wife keeps my sissy dick covered with it and then puts a rubber on me to keep it from coming off. It does its job of numbing .When it is used regularl for a while the feeling is deminished and from what I have read it can make you lose feeling completely .
