It's really flattering to get questions from new "fans" who take such an interest in our lifestyle and activities.  I still hope to chat with other parents and families who share our interests but in the meantime I'm happy to answer questions I get in PMs. Unfortunately there are some things I really can't discuss or explain here but I do what I can.

One question that has come up from a few new fans is how my wife Gail reacted to me wanting our daughter Jenn to become a submissive. Did her maternal instinct of protection kick in, did she object to it, did we argue about it, etc. I guess for most people the answer would be "all of the above" and of course there was a lot of discussion about it over a long period of time.  But the truth is Gail did not object in principle because of her own long history as a sub.

Gail began having sex very early and was used by many men from a young age. She became a sub, not in a defined way according to the kink community but basically because she recognized how guys responded to her all-American girl type looks (blonde hair, blue eyes, tan skin, etc.)  She discovered that by surrendering control of her body she could get things.  I can't really say more about that here. But as she got older and got into the NYC kink underground she learned more about submissiveness as a lifestyle choice. She was very much into the whole scene when I met her after divorcing my first wife. I was spreading my wings so to speak, exploring the things I read about in De Sade, who I often joke was the man who broke up my first marriage.  We got married too early to begin with, while both in college, and wife no. 1 did not share the interests I developed from reading De Sade.

The bottom line is, Gail and I got together because each had the exact qualities the other was looking for at that time.  Gail did not know anything about De Sade except his name, but she understood the concepts in his work when I would explain them to her. She got to where she was comfortable submitting to my wishes and desires.
