Wanting to impregnate an 18 year old

So, I am on a new mission. that is to impregnate an 18 year old, not 19, only 18 (on her 18th birthday would be a bonus). She would be well kept, as I have a large piece of property (estate) with a 6,000+ sq foot home. She would have her own private room, but would need to come to me on request. After the child is born they both will live with me, raising this child together. I will continue my single life, but she may not take on any other lovers, as I am the only one that will have her. A trust fund will be set up for both her and child but cannot be touched until she is 30 and the child must be 18 to access theirs. I believe they call it a "kept woman", she would do it on her own free will and yes, I have a fine lawyer to draw up the paperwork

What you are suggesting seems to me that you want a hooker. You basically pay her, in the form of a trust fund and board, to have sex with you on command and to have your baby. I'm not sure who exactly the kind of person you are looking for that is expected to live in and raise a child alone in a private room without getting anything from you until she is 30. Seems to me once baby is born she goes to the court and gets child support. Hope you have a good lawyer and a tight contract.
