Cum

Exactly how much neutriants are in cum? is it good for you, and could you live off it? These are all questions I would love a honest answer too. I have been told it is very healthy, but others think it is not, so confused! x

Fortunately, a bit of love juice isn’t likely to ruin that low-fat, low-cal, no-sugar cleanse. A normal male ejaculation (about one teaspoon’s worth) contains between five and 25 calories and a minimal amount of protein. Semen is only one percent sperm; the rest is composed of over 200 separate proteins, as well as vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, calcium, chlorine, citric acid, fructose, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, vitamin B12, and zinc  . Levels of these compounds (including sperm count and mobility) vary depending on age, weight, and lifestyle habits like diet and exercise  . That said, we’re talking about one teaspoon of total fluid here—semen is hardly going to make it onto the food pyramid anytime soon. For anyone worried about getting enough protein, we heartily recommend sticking to more conventional sources.

I think actual scientists all agree there is limited nutritional value to cum. If you want protein, you are better off eating nuts... As for living off it. Nope, even if your man has the load of a blue balled elephant.. I did see an interesting article a few years back in Scientific American talking about all the euphoria inducing chemicals in semen.. ie. cortisol, prolactin, oxytocin, thyrotropin-releasing hormone, melatonin, and serotonin. Of course the best way to get these into your bloodstream would be vaginally, or anally (is this a word?). Sorry hun, eat your veggies, proteins, starches, and fruits. Then keep the cum for fun.
