This past Friday morning around 8, I stopped by my office to pick-up some papers I had forgotten, earlier.

My supervisor commented that I appeared to be a 'sour-puss.'

...which, of course, I interpreted as "you really appear to be a bitch."

Absolutely without a thought (unfortunately) I replied "...and, you appear to be the asshole which you are."

This morning, I notice my name does not appear on next week's work assignment schedule, probably as punishment for my thoughtless, though honest remark.

Guess I will have extra time for holiday shopping.
